Jiangsu Jinfeng Petroleum Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of oil drilling equipment and also the network level member of CNPC and SINOPEC.
Founded in 1993, our company is a private limited liability company. With registered capital of 20.18 million yuan, having 125 existing staff (annual fixed) and more than 50 million fixed assets. The company covers an area of 6200m<sub>2</sub>. There are 120 sets processing and testing equipments, such as CNC machining center, CNC thread milling machine, super-pressure pump and computer-aided high-pressure testing system, etc. In addition, in 2008, our company engaged in real estate, sold out all of them for 110 million yuan in 2009, and turned over 5 million yuan as government revenue.
The company has 38 R & D staff, and 36 people have received junior college or higher education, 14 of whom are directly engaged in R & D, 12 engineers, 1 researcher, 3 senior engineers, 4 professors and doctors. In 2008, the company was approved as "Corporate Member of Shanghai Mechanical Engineering Institute ", "Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprise". In 2009, the company was identified as "Yancheng Enterprise Technology Center", and set up "Dr. Workstation" and "Lawyer Workstation". Cooperating with Jiangsu Machinery R & D Institute, our company set up "Yancheng Petroleum Machinery Technology Center" and was identified as "Yancheng High-tech Enterprise".
After more than ten years of sustained and stable development, as the leading products, "Jinfeng" BOP and BOP control devices, downhole tools, high vacuum insulated tubing and downhole tools, have had lots of advantages in the aspects of R & D, integration, sales and service, brand innovation and so on. The company focuses on intellectual property protection, and now has 8 patents, 10 accepted patents.
The company has a good quality management system, and insists on the policy of "technology and quality flourish the factory". We regard quality as our life, and develop our company following the road of science and technology innovation. In 2002, we′re awarded the quality management system certificate of ISO9001: 2000. In 2004, we got the China BOP production license. In 2008, we′re awarded the certificate of API7-1, API16A issued by API, and had the right of using the API symbol. In 2009, we passed the certification of HSE MS, I. E. CNPC Q/SY 1002.1-2007, SINOPEC Q/SHS0001.5-2001.
With the growing of our company′s general strength, in 2010, we have occupied an area of over 60, 000m<sub>2</sub>, estimated investment amount 150 million yuan for technical improvement. The new plant is located in Dagang exit of Ningjingyan Highway. At present, the project is in the process of construction.
